  • 90° Quick Opening and Closing: The handle operation is simple and intuitive. Just rotate the handle 90° easily to quickly achieve the full opening or full closing of the valve. The operation process is smooth and the flow control is accurate, which can effectively improve work efficiency.
  • Visual Opening and Closing Indication: The direction of the handle is consistent with the direction of the flow path. Operators can directly judge the opening and closing state of the valve through the position of the handle, avoiding misoperation.

Installation and Maintenance Guide

 

1. Installation Points


① Pre-installation Check: Before installation, check whether the valve model and specifications match the working condition parameters (pressure, temperature, medium). Meanwhile, clean up debris and rust inside the pipeline to avoid damaging the sealing surface by impurities.

 

② Correct Installation Direction: Install according to the flow direction mark on the valve body; if there is no mark, confirm that the flow channel direction is consistent with the medium flow direction. For clamp connection, ensure the sealing gasket is placed flat; for flange connection, tighten the bolts evenly diagonally to avoid leakage caused by uneven stress.

 

③ Pneumatic Actuator Installation: Ensure the air source pipeline is clean when installing the pneumatic actuator. Purge the pipeline with compressed air before connection to prevent impurities from entering the actuator. Connect the control signal line correctly to avoid component damage caused by reverse connection of positive and negative poles.

 

④ Post-installation Test: After installation, conduct a no-load test to check whether the valve opens and closes smoothly and the signal feedback is accurate. Then conduct a pressure test to confirm good sealing performance without leakage.


2. Maintenance Points


① Regular Inspection: Conduct monthly inspections on the valve body, actuator and sealing parts. Check for signs of corrosion on the valve body, abnormal noise of the actuator during operation, and wear or deformation of the sealing parts. Record the inspection results and deal with abnormalities in time.


② Seal Replacement: The seal is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to replace it once a year under normal working conditions. If the medium is corrosive or the working frequency is high, shorten the replacement cycle. Use seals of the same model and material certified by FDA to ensure sanitary performance.


③ Actuator Maintenance: Check the air source pressure regularly to ensure it is within the range of 0.4MPa-0.8MPa. Add lubricating oil to the actuator's moving parts every 3 months to reduce wear. Clean the actuator's air filter regularly to prevent blockage.


④ CIP/SIP Operation: When performing CIP cleaning or SIP sterilization, ensure the valve is fully open to make the cleaning fluid or steam flow through the entire flow channel. After sterilization, cool the valve to room temperature naturally to avoid thermal deformation.
