Installation & Maintenance Guide
1.Installation Points
① Direction confirmation: Install strictly according to the valve body arrow mark, ensure medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow, reverse installation will cause anti-backflow failure;
② Pipeline cleaning: Must clean the inside of the pipeline before installation, remove welding slag, iron filings and other impurities, avoid valve disc jamming leading to sealing failure;
③ Sealing surface protection: For quick-install connection, ensure no scratches on the sealing surface, clamp evenly tightened, avoid leakage caused by uneven force;
④ Reserved space: When installing swing type model, reserve space ≥ valve disc diameter on the valve disc side to avoid affecting opening and closing;
⑤ Pressure test: After installation, conduct a tightness test with 0.8 times the nominal pressure to ensure no leakage.
2.Maintenance Tips (Reduce Operation and Maintenance Cost)
① Daily inspection: Check the pressure difference between inlet and outlet every day. If the pressure difference exceeds 0.1MPa, check whether there is valve disc jamming or seal aging;
② CIP/SIP specification: During cleaning, temperature should not exceed the seal tolerance upper limit, pressure controlled at 0.3-0.5MPa, avoid high-pressure impact damaging the sealing surface;
③ Seal replacement: When leakage or increased opening and closing noise occurs, replace the seal in time. It is recommended to use original accessories to ensure sealing performance;
④ Long-term shutdown: Clean the inside with purified water before shutdown, seal the inlet and outlet after drying to avoid dust entering;
⑤ Fault handling: If valve opening is difficult, check whether there is medium crystallization jamming. Do not knock the valve disc with hard objects, which needs to be disassembled, cleaned and reinstalled.
