① Food-Grade Stainless Steel Substrate: Core components in contact with the medium, such as valve body, valve cover, and ball, are made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel. Among them, 316L material contains molybdenum, which has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion, and stress corrosion. It can be safely adapted to complex media such as acid, alkali, and high salt, ensuring that the medium is not contaminated by the material.

This can effectively prevent the attachment and growth of microorganisms and facilitate thorough cleaning and sterilization.
  • Dead - free Flow Path: The straight - through flow path design and optimized internal structure allow the fluid to pass smoothly without stagnant areas. 2. Operation & Maintenance Points

 

① Operation Specifications: Apply force stably when operating the handle to avoid damage to the seal caused by rapid rotation; do not force continuous rotation after opening and closing in place to prevent valve stem deformation. Record the valve opening and closing status after each operation to facilitate production traceability.

 

② Regular Inspection: Check if the handle connection is firm every week, check if the seals have signs of aging and wear every month, and conduct a pressure test every quarter to ensure the sealing performance is intact.


③ Cleaning & Sterilization: When performing CIP cleaning, fully open the valve to ensure the cleaning fluid fully flushes the flow channel; during SIP sterilization, the temperature must be controlled within the temperature resistance range of the seal. After sterilization, let it cool naturally to room temperature before operating the valve to avoid thermal deformation.

 

④ Seal Replacement: Seals are recommended to be replaced every 6-12 months (adjusted according to usage frequency and medium corrosiveness). When replacing, thoroughly clean the valve inner cavity, select the same model of FDA-certified seals, and ensure no impurities adhere during installation.
